I think this is awesome! I love her expression and the background is very suiting to the image without being overpowering and taking away from what is happening with the subject. The lips are really well designed and the colour is gorgeous, just enough to blend in with her eyeshadow, but still having enough zest to draw attention to her features, which I believe was the obvious intent. I also noticed not wonderful your line art is-- the lines are really smooth, even, and isn't so big or bold that it takes away from the character (as I've seen a lot, especially recently).

I think, although I do like the shadows and highlighting as they are fitting, the colours should be better blended, especially around her chest and shoulders. You can see some uneven brush strokes and highlighting/shading that takes place as weird, sharp, and irregular angles and lines. Maybe run the blur tool over her skin a little bit more or spend a little more time running the smudge tool to really get those colours to mottle. Another thing I noticed was that her eyes were a little crooked. The irises seemed a little off for me. It's not a big deal, definitely not enough to take away from the image but just something to note. Finally, the composition of the nose needs to be worked on a bit. Noses can be super tricky and I struggle with them myself... One person told me to just open up gimp/photoshop/etc and practice drawing noses, which has helped me a lot. Sometimes using a reference will help too, even if you're only looking at your own nose in the mirror.

Overall, this is a great image and you're obviously a very talented artist and I'm hoping to get to see some of your artwork in the future.
